Order Collections
At Oh My Gifts & Gadgets SA, we offer a hassle-free order collection process. Once you've placed your order online, you can choose from the following options:
1. In Person Collection: For added convenience, we also offer on-site pickup. Simply let us know your preferred date and time for collection, and our team will ensure that your order is ready for pickup. Just pull up to our security, ring the intercom, let him know you're collecting a package from Oh My Gifts, give your name, and he will hand you your package.
Shipping
If you prefer to have your unique gifts delivered right to your doorstep, we offer reliable shipping options. Here's what you need to know:
We courier to virtually any address in South Africa, major cities carry a fixed cost while out of city areas may be more expensive. OMGG-za has partnered with The Courier Guy for it's country wide deliveries.
1. Domestic Shipping: Our trusted shipping partners ensure that your package is handled with care and delivered promptly. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 - 5 business days after it has been dispatched.
Once your package is handed over to the courier company, we no longer have control over its transit. The OMGG-za Team does ensure that your package is securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage.
Oh My Gifts & Gadgets SA & Courier Guy SA cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping, damages during shipping or items being lost during shipping unless additional insurance has been paid for by the client.
2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination. During the checkout process, you will be provided with an accurate shipping cost estimate before finalizing your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order: We understand the importance of knowing the status of your order. Once your package has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's journey and stay updated on its estimated delivery date.
5. Delivery Days: Deliveries happen week days only. Orders placed on Fridays and Saturdays are dispatched on Mondays. If you require your parcel same day or on a week end please email us to make arrangements.
6. Refunds on Shipping: We cannot entertain refunds due to Courier delays since the courier company is paid in advance for shipping and we can not be held responsible for third party shipping.
